RESERVATION GUIDELINES
1.) Seventy Five percent (75%) downpayment to confirm Bookings and/or Reservations. Remaining balance will be then collected on the tour day by the Tour Coordinator ONLY.

* Please send us a scan copy of the deposit slip (write your name as well) and Signed Registration Form (page 1 only).
* Confirmation Letter will be send after verification of all receive documents/forms.
2.) Children 6 years old and below are FREE not otherwise will occupy 1 seat, he/she will be charged 50% of the total package rate. However 7 years old and above will be charged as adult.
3.) Should the required joiners did not meet, tour will be re-scheduled or cancelled. Notice will be given 7 working days prior the tour date.
4.) Cancellation/re-schedule should be 7 working days before the scheduled travel date. Otherwise Reservation Fee will be FORFEITED.
* In case there will be Typhoon or a really bad weather condition in the location of the tour, 24 hours before the travel date, notification will be sent if the trip will pursue or not. Given this, it will be re-scheduled, no-refund.
5.) Limited seats only.
6.) Strictly NO meals included on most tour package.
7.) Request for Pick up and Drop-off is within Metro Manila only. Rates depend on location.
8.) Signed Registration Form, Confirmation Letter and original deposit slip must be presented on the tour day.
No forms No seat (s).
9.) All transactions not name after Al Terra Travel and Tours will not be honored.
